Terms of Use

This Terms of Use agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between ОсОО «Викториус» (the "Administration") and any visitor of VictoriusAppart website (the "User") that arises from use of the website.

1. Definitions

Website — the software, database and design elements accessible via the primary domain and its subdomains. Content — text, images, layouts and other materials published on the Website.

2. Use of the Website

The User is entitled to browse the Website, submit consultation and sourcing requests and contact support. The User undertakes not to take any action aimed at disrupting the Website or obtaining unauthorized access.

3. Intellectual property

All materials on the Website are the intellectual property of the Administration or are used with rights holders' consent. Use of such materials without the Administration's written permission is prohibited.

4. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website. By submitting a request, the User consents to processing of their personal data by the Administration for the purpose of handling the request.

5. Limitation of liability

The Administration takes reasonable efforts to keep information up to date but does not guarantee absence of errors in property descriptions. Final property characteristics are confirmed in the purchase agreement. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Website.

6. Amendments

The Administration may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. The current version is always published on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes the User's acceptance of the new version.
