How a deal works
The company acts as the buyer's agent/advisor: sourcing the property, coordinating the deal, legal review, and title transfer. The seller remains the developer, owner or overseas agency.
We discuss your budget and goals, build a shortlist of matching options from developers and owners.
A video tour with the local broker, review of property documents, and a discussion of the details.
Independent legal checks of the property and seller, and coordination of reservation and contract terms with the seller.
We attend the signing with the seller and the title registration at the local registry, and help you set up rental management.
Company role in the deal
The company provides foreign real estate selection, legal support, and deal coordination services under a paid services agreement. The company is not the seller of the properties presented on the website. The seller is the owner, developer, or authorised foreign agency. The company acts in the client's interest as an independent agent and does not receive fees from funds transferred by the client to pay for the property; fees are paid separately under the signed services agreement.
